iii. Keep off toxic products- a good number of skin care products on the market contain toxins that are harmful to your skin. They can also accelerate aging. Such ingredients include oxybenzone, hydroquinone, parabens such as propyl-, isopropyl, and isobutyl, and PEGs/ ceteareth/polyethylene compounds. Before buying a product, make sure you read the ingredients list and avoid those products with these toxins.

  • In your 20s

  • In the 50s and above

At this age, several hormonal changes alter the chemistry of your aging skin. Here, you are dealing with broken capillaries, sunspots, and deeper wrinkles that make it necessary for you to focus on anti-aging ingredients. You can find such ingredients in natural skin care products and especially those packed with antioxidants and collagen boosting products such as glycolic acids and peptides.
